In your hands is the fruit of my labor—The Green Ladder: Paradigm Shifts Toward a Kingdom Lifestyle. The content for it comes out of my own life and the church where I have had the privilege of pastoring for 35 years. Many of those years were years of insanity and frustration where I had to painfully discover for myself that “unless the Lord builds the house, its builders labor in vain” (Psalm 127:1 NIV).

The Green Ladder is a book about transition and change. It’s about unlearning, relearning, and looking at the Scriptures through a different lens. It’s a book about paradigm shifts—shifts that do far more than simply tweak our current ways of thinking. These shifts actually alter our perspective, worldview, and destinies. They are the kind of shifts that bring about renewed minds and transformations in individuals, churches, cities, and nations.
